You better board that HELO, boy.

Roughly 5 months have passed of my last year at school.
So I've been thinking a lot of what my options are next year.
Here's (another) list:

1. Staying home a year.
This option is the easy option.
I take a year off from school, get a job, stay home and do nothing at all.
A good idea, but it's not long-term based. Might work for max 2 years.

2. Stay in China.
Heading back to Hong Kong next summer, and I'm thinking of just staying there till Christmas.
Learn more Chinese, travel Asia a while and eat.
Good God, I miss Chinese cuisine.
However, the zero-income is a big issue.

3. Join the Army.
Take a couple of phone-calls and see if the Army will accept me.
Chances are I end up doing shitwork behind a desk.
Not long-term based.

4. Start school.
I've been looking at a couple of schools and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna end up as a workdiver.
School lasts for 16 weeks in Oslo with an additional 1 month in France for further training.
Doesnt cost much, doesnt last long, already got a place to stay and I'm guarenteed job straight after school. Plus, the pay is good, too.

5. Move to the USA.
This is the option I really want to pursue.
Get a green card, train for a couple of months then join the United States Marine Corps.
14 weeks basic training, 6 monts getting an MOS then deployment.

These are basically all my options.
For now it's just waiting and see what happens.

I've been to Rutledge`s.

Yes, people. Its T H A T time of the year again. Christmas.
Effing Christmas...
It's starting to get on my nerves now.

Let me explain:
As stated before, I work for the Post. This means I hand out post to people.
It's an ok job. Not too much thinking, don't really need an education, good pay and benefits. Plus I get exercise and fresh air.
I started working for them in July. Which meant I worked there for 5 weeks from Monday till Saturday getting to know the job.
Thing is, the Post actually gets 60% of its income from Elkjøp, Komplett, Ikea and other companies to hand out commercial.
So, one sunny July afternoon I started on handing out the post after delivering a shitload of packages.
Remember, this is in July. And I'm handing out post and commercial.
Christmas-commercial.
In July.
Commercial for Christmas-related products in July.
July.
Christmas-july in Commercial.

Yeah, I know. A typo. But that shit really wringes your mind, doesnt it?
So I snapped pretty hard.

That's one of the few reasons why I really detest Christmas.

Another reason is that Christmas is a Christian holiday which turned sour at one point.
From celebrating the birth of a Saviour to being a totally capitalistic money-making machine.
Off course, many people still considers Christmas as what it is but for many its just a holiday with little or nothing moral, religious meaning at all.
The one thing I like about Christmas is the food, but that's getting too boring. I mean, what kinda resturaunt cooks Christmas-dinner in bloody October?
I might as well be celebrating Rahmadan. Less fuss...

Well, 60 Minutes is on.

Promise a new post before Christmas Eve.

Its been a long time, Mr. Pliskin.

Whoa. Whoa. WHOA!

"Shit, didn`t I make a blog about 6 months ago? Let me check it out. Oh yeah, I sure did. Hmm... Maybe it`s about time to post another entry? Sure. Why the hell not."

So, here I am again. Its been a long time. A really long time.
But he who waits for something good, waits not forever. Or some shit like that...

Anyway, this is just a quick post. Just gonna sum up everything that`s happened till now.

Quit school. Very nice. In need of a vacation.
Started working. Chopped down trees for 3 hours, then painted for 3 weeks. Crap...
Started working in the Post. Crap.
Still working in the Post. Double-crap.
Started school again.
Lived in the kitchen for 2 weeks till my apartment was ready.
Moved in the apartment.
Threw a party. Bad idea.
Threw another party while Kim and Marianne was here. Didn`t learn from the first time.
Gave back the car to my parents. Walk to school everyday. Huge crap.
Loss in memory for about a month. Cant remember what I did.
Sent my mother to Hong Kong for a month.
Bought a new TV for pops.
Ida Mari came for a visit.
Got another couch in my apartment.
Cleaned the apartment. Used 3 days.
Sent mommy off to Hong Kong.
Borrowed the car.
Took another diving course. We`re talking wreck-diving at 90 feet.
Played computer a lot. And I mean A LOT.
Made a new blog entry.
Went to sleep.

I`ll be back soon. If I remeber I got a blog to update....

Virgin a-popping, ya`ll!

What has the world come to, ladies and gentlemen?
Well, I`ve become a member of Facebook, I re-activated my account at Blink, I`m up till 4 in the morning,
and I`ve started my first blog (well, technically my second, but what the hey, eh?).
The world has, like the whole world has said gone completely, utterly mad...

Anyway, I decided that this blog would just be a shens-site for all my tinkering with thoughts,
and since I think using the English language I could better express myself with English.
Fun, eh? (<- Add Cockney-accent)

So, yeah. Here it goes.

Wope up today at around 2 p.m. panicstrucken. I thought I missed dinner at school, but I actually woke up an
hour to early. Fell asleep again, then woke up, brushed my teeth and had a dump. Quite nice...
Ate dinner, got nouscious, then did fuck-all for a while.
Then I met Kim at the parking lot and we decided to head down to the shops for some chocolate milk. Fucked around
for half an hour or so, then headed back up. Ordered a burger with extra cheese and bacon from Esso then devoured
it while watching Eddie Izzard ranting about the New Testament.

Then I thought "Hey, I feel like cookies!". And since some people who promised me cookies havent made them
for me yet, I decided to make them myself. Quite easy, actually. It was just the damn oven that burned all my cookies
. Made like 3 batches, and all were fucked. Sweeet!

When up to the russekiosk and watched a silly Norwegian movie. It ended, had a fight with Bjørnar (kicked his ass, btw)
then had a 3 hour conversation with Therese about religion or something. The important thing is that I felt like
a grown up. But all in all it was quite interesting (where dd the Jews go before Jesus came along? Hell or
heaven?).

Its 4:21 AM, it`s raining, and the sun is rising.
Because we all know that China is 8 hours ahead of Norway, and that yellow people get up early, eh?
